AoLE progression report

AoLE progression report

The AoLE progression report allows you to view all the Teacher assessment information for a class or cohort in a single subject.

The teacher assessment data that has been recorded in Track pupil progress from each term for that class or cohort for all terms will be visible at the same time. This will allow you to see a class or cohort’s journey through school for the AoLEs chosen. By clicking on the 'Report view' button, you will be able to view the pupil names, view any past pupils that have left the school or switch between Bar view and List view.

Understanding the report

The most recent assessment data is shown first, then goes back chronologically as you look down the page.

The colour-coded attainment bars will provide a breakdown of the teacher assessments showing the percentages and numbers of children for each teacher assessment banding.

Schools that use the ‘Simple’ assessment type when recording termly teacher assessments will see the percentage for the pupils working at and above the expected standard and for those working below the expected standard.

Schools that use the ‘Detailed’ assessment type will get a second set of percentage bars underneath with a more detailed breakdown. This will appear automatically for the summer term.

Results can be filtered to view the Teacher assessments of different groups of children within the class or cohort by moving the slider to reveal the available filters. To view the children’s names so you can see what they have achieved, click on the ‘report view’ button and select ‘Show pupil names’.
