Printing/downloading Pupil reports
Pupil reports can be downloaded/printed either individually or collectively allowing you download/print single reports, reports for a group of children, or an entire class/cohort as required. Choose from the following options below to find the method that is most suitable for you and your school.
Downloading/printing individual reports
To download or print an individual child's report:
- Click on the settings icon next to the child's name.
- To print: select either 'Print preview as table' or 'Print preview as paragraph'.
- To download: Select either 'Download as table' or 'Download as paragraph'.
Downloading multiple reports
To download multiple reports at once:
- Click the selection box at the top left corner of the page to select all children (or tick individual children as required if you just need a group).
- Click 'Download selected'.
- Select either 'Download as table' or 'Download as paragraph'.
This will download the reports onto a single PDF document, allowing you to print all the selected reports at once.
