Your school dashboards provide SLT users and Maestro administrators with an immediate overview of your school’s Maestro account as well as any other schools that you have access to.
If you only have access to one school, you will only see two tabs – the My dashboard and then the ‘school’ tab. The ‘school’ tab contains areas that show your school users, classes, and pupils, as well as an overview of your school's current assessment percentages, lesson attainments totals, and your intended coverage of each subject.
The Classes section shows which teachers and pupils are assigned to a class. Either click on 'Classes' to assign teachers and class plans to a class; the class name to view the assigned teachers; or the number of pupils to view the children’s information for that class.
If you have synced your MIS with Maestro via Wonde, you can update your classes and pupils by clicking 'Sync school data' in the Classes title bar.
The My team section shows you how many invitations have been accepted, how many are pending acceptance and how many you have remaining. Maestro admins can then use any remaining invitations to invite new staff by clicking on the Invite new user button.
Underneath the invitations is a breakdown of the number of users for each role. Clicking on the role shows a list of all users at that level. Click a user’s name to edit their email address, send a password reset link, change their role, suspend their account or remove them from your school.
The Assessments this school year section shows the percentage and totals of pupils for each class and subject at or above the age-related expectation for the current year. If you teach a mixed-age class, the report will just focus on all the children within the class, showing a combined percentage and not separated by year group.
Click on each percentage to see a breakdown of the different age-related bandings. The coloured percentage bar at the top provides a more detailed breakdown of the percentages of children achieving each judgement. The term that the teacher assessments were taken from is shown underneath.
The Attainments recorded this school year section shows the number of skills and knowledge objectives for each class that has been recorded in each subject this academic year.
The Intended coverage section shows the coverage of programmes of study for each year group and subject.
Programmes of study for the foundation subjects are often split into key stages rather than year groups. If a year group hasn’t got 100% coverage of a foundation subject, it may well be that the programmes of study are being covered in a different year group. Use the Checking and analysing coverage page in 'Design and lead' on the sidebar menu to ensure that your coverage is complete.
The My schools dashboard will allow you to gain an overview of the children in the group of schools you work with.
The current school menu will show you which school you are currently logged into and you can switch between schools by selecting them from the list:

The Pupils across my schools section will expand to show you how many children are in each year group in total and then expand to show the breakdown of numbers across your schools.
Below the search box is the multi-school version of Governor report.
This works in the same way as the standard Governor report but will allow you, not only to look at a school’s attainment on an individual level, but also look at the attainment of pupils across all of your schools combined.
