The Governor report gives all the assessment data percentages for reporting to your school governors.
Understanding and interpreting the report
The Governor report gives all the assessment data percentages for reporting to your school governors.

The numbers and percentages of children who are working at or above the expected standard will be shown for each cohort selected.
If you have multiple classes for the same cohort, you will get a combined percentage for the entire cohort then you will see the percentages for the different classes underneath. This will give a breakdown of how the children from the same cohort have attained in different classes.
If you have mixed-age classes, the Governor report will just focus on the children within the selected year groups showing a combined percentage for the entire cohort. You will then see the percentages for the different classes.
The percentages are colour-coded to help make the data analysis easier. Any percentage that is 75% and over will be green. Percentages between 50 – 74% will be amber and anything below 50% will be red.

The Summer term teacher assessments for each previous academic year and the latest teacher assessment data for the current academic year will be shown. These will be clearly marked along the top with the year groups that the children would have been in during each academic year. This lets you see how the same cohort of children have attained as they have journeyed through your school.

Click on each percentage to see a further breakdown of the actual number of pupils who have achieved each of the different age-related bandings throughout the academic year.

Different academic years can be selected by clicking "School year columns" so you only see the data which is relevant.

You can also choose which groups you wish to look at by clicking "Report options" to select the groups you wish to see. The 'Only greater depth +' option is useful if you want to just track the highest attainers in a cohort and view their journey through your school.

This will show you the percentage and number of children who have achieved greater depth or higher in their teacher assessments for the year group and subjects selected.
You can also type in a specific group to view them on their own by typing into the ‘Row search’ to view just one group.
