Planning using My planner
My planner can be used as a way to order and structure your week/term/year with the lessons from the projects that have been assigned to you. We recommend using My planner as the preferred method of planning. My planner is user-specific but has options for teachers to share the planning of lessons.
You can also see your Curriculum Maestro events with other services or software, like Outlook, Google Calendar or your smartphone's calendar (iPhone or Android).
My planner can be printed, if required, by using the 'Print' button in the top right corner. Individual lessons can also be printed by clicking on the required lesson to open the planning modal and clicking the 'Print' button at the bottom.
There are a number of options to change the view of your planner before you create events.
- Select the appropriate date by using the '< Today >' button in the top left corner or click the blue date to use the date selector.
- Click the settings icon to show/hide the lesson sidebar, school events, pupil birthdays, set the start day of your week, and to change between a 12 hour and 24 hour view. You can also choose whether to sync with your personal calendars.
- Choose to view by 'Day | Week | Month' in the top right corner.
