Planning using the timetable

We recommend using the timetable as the preferred method of planning. The timetable is user-specific but has options for teachers to share planning of lessons.


You can also see your Curriculum Maestro events with other services or software, like Outlook, Google Calendar or your smartphone's calendar (iPhone or Android). The timetable can be printed, if required, by using the 'Print' button in the top right corner. Individual lessons can also be printed by clicking on the required lesson to open the planning modal and clicking the 'Print' button at the bottom.

There are a number of options to change the view of your timetable before you create events.

  1. Select the appropriate date by using the '< Today >' button in the top left corner or click the blue date to use the date selector.
  2. Click the settings icon to show/hide the lesson sidebar, school events, pupil birthdays, set the start day of your week, and to change between a 12 hour and 24 hour view. You can also choose whether to sync with your personal calendars.
  3. Choose to view by 'Day | Week | Month' in the top right corner.
